DEPARTMENT: Campus Services, Finance HOURS: Part-Time, 28 Hours per week. Evenings and weekends required. GRADE/SALARY RANGE: Non-Exempt, Grade 2
Provide exceptional customer service to all students, parents, and employees. Prepare weekly orders to inventory. Maintain a clean store.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide professional, courteous, and effective service to all customers including students and employees. Assist customers with on-line orders or needs.
Review inventory and place orders as needed. Stock shelves and hang clothing. Assist with department record keeping and filing.
Answer phone calls relating to the spirit store. Schedule upcoming events and work with the Assistant Director of Campus Services to prepare setup and work the pop up store.
Assist with the receiving, organizing and distribution of student textbooks.
Act as a backup for mailroom activities, including mail and package intake and delivery.
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED required.
3-5 years' work related experience.
Experience working with POS Systems required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Working knowledge of Follett, preferred.
Customer service skills is required. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
Ability to pay close attention to detail is essential

Desktop computer, including spreadsheet and word processing software; copy machine; fax machine, printers, and scanners.
