The E-Commerce Supervisor, under direction, is responsible for all order fulfillment in addition to creating and maintaining all products, product descriptions, and product images on the website.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for sales of Course materials and General merchandise via the website.
Responsible for managing the order fulfillment team and making sure all tasks are completed in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
Continually reviews established guidelines and procedures, making changes as necessary to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage the submission and follow-up of service requests for any issues encountered on the website.
Review informational pages regularly for clarity and accuracy.
Review all graphics and copy for accuracy.
Work with Management to add, remove or update products on the store website.
Assist employees with correctly applying customer service guidelines in any situation as well as taking and resolving escalated customer service issues.

Education – Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience – Three years of related experience in a cash-based environment or other relevant settings.
Knowledge of – Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
Ability to – Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
