GENERAL MANAGER OF CAMPUS STORE
Job Summary Direct and coordinate all activities within the Ithaca College Campus Store and Mac’s General Store. Plan, develop, and administer policies and procedures to effect efficient and profitable store operations. Oversee purchasing; inventory control, shipping and receiving, sales and cashiering services, cash flow, marketing, advertising, and customer relations. Oversee the implementation, maintenance of hardware and software, training of staff, and operation of the point-of-sale operating system.
