The Director of the University Store is responsible for the coordination and the overall management of all store operations including retail, textbook rental and sales, inclusive access, online sales, and at off-site locations including Missouri Innovation Campus, Walton Stadium, Hughes Athletics Center, event vending, etc. The Director is responsible for the direction and determination of goals, objectives, and the development and implementation of procedures and processes to achieve these goals.  The director oversees the management of services and staff and plans and administers the departmental  budget.   The Director oversees departmental assessment efforts, remains informed of emerging trends and technologies, and actively engages in professional development to ensure store operat
